The wood cluster ”Furniture and Wood” of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with partners from Austria and the region, organized the 7th International Wood-Technology Conference ”Sarajevo Wood Days 7”, which was held on October 14 and 15, 2025 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The conference consisted of several panel discussions and presentations, with topics related to the EUDR and CBAM European regulations, green energy, new technologies, design, investments, trade fairs, and new markets in the forestry and wood industry. The announcement of the 58th International Wood Fair, which will be held in 2026 in Klagenfurt, Austria, attracted particular attention. The importance of trade fairs as a platform for networking, knowledge exchange and connection of entrepreneurs from the region and Europe was highlighted.

The participation of ”NIGOS-elektronik” in such events confirms our commitment to international networking to strengthen the competitiveness of the regional wood processing sector and to promote our company’s innovative potential. The company’s CEO, Miljan Nikolić, during a presentation ”Reduction of CO2 emissions in the drying process” emphasised the innovations and technical solutions that we apply so that users of our wood drying kilns and steaming chambers can obtain high-quality dried wood, with minimal energy consumption and in a shorter time, in accordance with the preservation of the environment and in compliance with all product regulations.
