In the first 24 months after the installation of the equipment, we provide on-site service and all the necessary technical assistance, and we also supply spare parts free of charge during this period. After this period, we give a warranty period of another 3 years on the automatic controllers. After the expiration of the warranty period, we provide all the necessary spare parts.
We provide remote assistance 24 hours a day.
We also offer all customers a regular maintenance service, which involves six-monthly or annual visits to check the chamber and its components.
