The 16th Wood-Technology Conference was held from June 3 to 4, 2019 in Opatija, Croatia. Wood processing is quite developed in Croatia, so this large annual gathering of the wood processing industry in Croatia and the SEE region was organized by the Croatian Wood Cluster, the Center for Development and Investment and the Croatian Chamber of Forestry Engineers and Wood Technology. The conference is held every year and gathers a large number of participants. During the two days, over 350 representatives of companies participated at the conference, and the structure is dominated by leading wood processors, furniture manufacturers, manufacturers of windows, doors, pellets, cogeneration, parquet, as well as small and large sawmills, and attended by competent institutions from Croatia. This year, the company “NIGOS – elektronik” participated in the conference for the fourth time as a sponsor.

At the Conference, we were the only exhibitors from Serbia and we presented the production program of wood drying kilns, automatic controllers for drying kilns, timber and sawdust moisture meters and Heat treatment equipment. During the two days, our stand was visited by many companies that are interested in buying drying kilns and wood steaming chambers.
