In the middle of May, the world’s leading trade fair for woodworking and wood processing plants, machinery and tools ”LIGNA 2023” took place in Hanover, Germany. The ”LIGNA” fair has been held every two years since 1975, and 2023 marked the year of its gatherings after a four-year break. ”NIGOS-elektronik” was pleased to participate in ”LIGNA”, which attracted 1,300 exhibitors from 50 countries and more than 85,000 visitors over five days.

At this important place for establishing new contacts and meeting well-known customers, we successfully presented the entire production program of energy-efficient drying kilns and steaming chambers for wood, our focus on the customer and the flexibility to find the best solution for each customer individually. We highlighted the innovations and new technical solutions that we apply in order to save thermal and electric energy, save water, increase energy efficiency and reduce of CO2 emissions. Depending on the type of dryer – by installing heat recovery (recuperator) systems, controlling fans speed, using indirect heat pumps with compressor power control and freon-water exchangers in accordance with EU standards or using indirect steaming, we focus on resource conservation, energy saving and reduction of carbon footprint of products (CFP).
We participated in the fair with our associates – the company ”Topling” from Prnjavor, Bosnia and Herzegovina. As the only exhibitors from Serbia, side by side with the world’s largest manufacturers, with numerous conversations and meetings with existing and new customers, received inquiries and good recommendations, we rate the participation at this fair as very successful.
