As in the previous seven years as a silver sponsor, this year we successfully presented ourselves as the only exhibitor from Serbia and actively participated in the jubilee, the twentieth Wood-Technology Conference, held on June 5 and 6, 2023 in Opatija, Croatia. Our work and the quality of our products and services were praised by the present participants, customers and users of our products, as well as competing companies.

Since 2004, the Wood-Technology Conference has been a central place for the exchange of ideas and familiarization with current market trends in the wood processing industry. In addition to the rich and informative conference program, you can always expect interesting accompanying content and study visits. Participants from the woodworking, forestry and energy sectors, together with representatives of competent institutions, higher education institutions and professional media, are happy to come to Opatija.

This year the conference was focused on the effects of the recession and the decline in business in the wood processing sector, as well as on new EU policies that include energy efficiency, climate change and many aspects of low carbon emissions. On this topic, there was also a conversation 1on1 about ”Wood drying and increasingly strict quality requirements” between Marijan Kavran and Miljan Nikolić, the company’s CEO.
